By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using SSO System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SSO System provides identity and access management, including single sign-on authentication, account and company management, and access to connected subsystems for organizations and their members.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When joining an existing company/organization, your access is subject to approval by that organization's administrator, who may grant, restrict, or revoke your access to its resources at their discretion.
You agree not to:
The Service may allow you to sign in using third-party providers such as Google or Microsoft. Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, or as requested by your organization's administrator. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact your system administrator.
